Prior to completing your rental, please review and answer the following questions.
These requirements are intended to ensure safe operation, prevent damage, and avoid unnecessary costs or delays.

1. Hitch & Towing Capacity

Do you have the correct hitch type and rating for this trailer?*

YES NO

Your hitch must be rated to meet or exceed the trailer’s GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating)
Bumper pull hitches may be supplied if needed
Gooseneck trailers require a properly installed gooseneck hitch

2. Trailer Wiring

Is your vehicle equipped with a working 7-way trailer plug? *

YES NO

All lights must function properly (brake, turn, marker)
Rentals will NOT be released if wiring is not working
You may test your plug on-site or at most auto parts stores

3. Brake Controller

Do you have a functioning trailer brake controller installed? *

YES NO

Required for all trailers equipped with electric brakes
May be factory-installed or aftermarket
A blue tooth trailer break controller can be rented, please add it to your cart

4. Tow Vehicle Capacity

Is your vehicle rated to safely tow this trailer and load? *

YES NO

Verify your vehicle’s towing capacity and hitch rating
You are responsible for ensuring your setup is adequate

5. Load Securement

Do you have proper straps, chains, or binders for your load? *

YES NO

Proper load securement is required by law
Equipment is available for rent if needed

6. Load Size & Fit

Will your load fit safely within the trailer dimensions? *

YES NO

Confirm length, width, and height
Fenders must not be removed, modified, or damaged

7. Load Weight (GVWR Compliance)

Will your total load be under the trailer’s GVWR? *

YES NO

You must know the weight of your load
Overloading is strictly prohibited and will result in charges

8. Loading Method

Do you have a safe method to load/unload your equipment?*

YES NO

Do NOT drag items across the trailer deck
Use ramps, lift equipment, or rollers as needed
Renter is responsible for preventing deck damage

9. Leaks / Spills

Will your load leak fluids onto the trailer? *

YES NO

Attempt to repair leaks prior to loading
Protective measures must be used if leaks are possible
Cleaning fees will apply if needed

10. Trailer Selection

Have you selected the correct trailer for your needs? *

YES NO
